Hospitality Education Services, founded in 2006, is happy to offer ServSafe food safety & sanitation classes as well as ServSafe Alcohol to all types of foodservice operations throughout North Carolina and beyond. They have a "No class is ever canceled" policy and they guarantee their classes. It is their goal that each student leaves the class not only armed with more knowledge of food safety and sanitation but with positive, up-beat, professional renewal for the food service & hospitality industry.
Currently scheduled classes are usually held in convenient, comfortable conference rooms. Monthly classes in centralized NC locations are offered: Asheville, Blowing Rock/ Boone, Charlotte, Concord, Fayetteville, Garner/ Clayton, Greensboro, Hickory, Matthews, Raleigh, and Rocky Mount, Statesville, Wilmington. The class runs from 8: 30am - 5: 00pm both days. The exam is administered at the end of the second day of the class.

NC currently requires 12 class contact hours and passsing of the ServSafe exam. Pre-registration and a ServSafe Essentials 5th Edition book & exam answer sheet is required. The class runs from 8: 30am - 5: 00pm both days. The exam is administered at the end of the second day of the class.
