Headed by Mr Sridhar Chakravarthi an IAF Officer and Lead Auditor Trainer - ISO 9001/ BS 7799(ISO 27001)/ BS 15000(ISO 20000), STRATEGIQA (formerly Sridhar's Quality Academy SQA ) is striving to achieve a landmark in training the people in various Process Improvement Systems which will keep an Organization at its best.
Sridhar has worked with the organizations like KPMG and has helped various organizations in establishing international standards. Sridhar with 700 Mandays of service as an Auditor and Trainer has guided more than 200 organizations across India and has ensured that they survive growth by understanding the importance of process and imbibe the tenets of quality
Sridhar believes in being the best by focusing on the critical few. Sridhar questions some of the textbook approaches as and when necessary and believes that all processes should focus on business risk identification and mitigation. Advocating de-standardization of processes through prudent tailoring and flexible approach Sridhar helps his clients to wriggle out of the process straightjackets.
Sridhar's trademark is his undivided focus on business risk management. This unique approach has been developed based on close interactions with about 200 organizations as a process auditor trainer and consultant. He challenges some of the deep-rooted perceptions about business process models and quality systems. Sridhar offers a new approach to effective implementation of processes.
While IAF had taught him the importance of internalized processes the training at ASB International plant in Japan had taught him the intricacies involved in world-class manufacturing. He has handled the challenges faced by software engineers testers and project managers while being a project manager in a multi-site banking software project for NEC Japan. This versatile experience got channelized into the advisory role he played at KPMG for 3 excellent years.
Sridhar operates from Hyderabad as an independent Advisor to start up as well as well established organizations. Presently he is also a visiting faculty at the Department of Criminology University of Madras.

Configuration Management
: One day program covers various aspects of software configuration management. The hands on session will be done using CVS, or any other tool being used by the organization.
Risk Management
: One day program focusing on the risk management. The objective is to make the participants appreciate the importance of risk management and its role in project management as well as software development. The hands on will include the identification of all possible risks for a given case study along with possible mitigation actions.
Root Cause Analysis
: One day program focusing on the root cause analysis for various process deviations. They can be audit findings, metrics deviations as well as defects. Objective is to develop the ability to ask WHY some thing has happened so as to come up with appropriate CAPA.
Software Estimation
: One day program covering the estimation process. This gives an overview of various estimation methodologies. This also involves hands on where the teams are involved in estimating the given requirements and also understanding and voicing the assumptions being made during the process.
Software Metrics
: One day training program for identifying, defining, measuring and tracking various metrics used in software development. The program focuses on the applicability and appropriateness of various metrics for various types of projects. Validating the processes based on metrics will be the main take away.
Software Project Management
: Two Day program covering various finer aspects of project management. The focus is on requirements, resources and risks and how to manage them. Also, Critical Chain methodology and Earned Value methodology will be discussed and used for hands on exercises.
